Rules & Regulations

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Repsol Sport Centre will not tolerate violence or threats of violence including, but not limited to: any act of physical assault, verbal assault, threats and attempts to intimidate, throwing of articles in a deliberate or aggressive manner, aggressively approaching another individual, striking another individual, attempting to goad or incite violence in others. Those demonstrating inappropriate behaviour or language will be declined entry or be asked to leave and may result in the cancellation of membership and/or may be banned from the facility.
  • For your own protection and future use of our facility, DO NOT share your Access Card or barcode number. Sharing of ACCESS CARDS or BARCODES may result in immediate suspension of facility access.
  • Repsol Sport Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.
  • Food is not permitted in the following spaces: track, pools, gyms, studios and Fitness Centre.
  • This facility is under 24 hour video surveillance.
  • Obtain permission prior to capturing any images within the facility. Visit our Customer Service Desk to complete a Media Release Form.
  • No solicitation.
  • Cell phones and camera enabled devices are prohibited in locker rooms.
  • Repsol Sport Centre does not permit outside personal trainers access to the facility with their clients for liability and legal purposes. If you wish to facilitate the service of using a personal trainer within the confines of the building, it must be with one of our highly qualified and certified trainers, pertaining to our own industry standards.
  • As per the provincial Tobacco Reduction Act, the act of smoking in public places and workplaces is prohibited. Smoking of any kind, electronic/vapour included are prohibited inside Repsol Sport Centre and within 5 meters from the doorway, window or air intake.

 


 

Facility Public Supervision Age Chart

Below is an outline of the individual areas within Repsol Sport Centre, ages and the access permitted for each age and area

AREA AGE ACCESS
Common Areas Under 9 years It is recommended that children under 9 years of age be accompanied and actively supervised by a guardian 18 years and older.
Fitness Centre Under 13 years No access
  13-15 years Access permitted upon completion of registered orientation. If registered orientation has not been completed two children  are permitted per guardian (18 years and older).
  16 years and older Full access
Locker Rooms 6 years and older Children over 6 years must use the locker room of their gender or the family change rooms.
Tracks 0-3 years Access permitted in stroller only.
  3-12 years No access
  13-15 years Access permitted upon completion of registered orientation. If registered orientation has not been completed two children  are permitted per guardian (18 years and older).
Gyms Under 9 years Must be accompanied and actively supervised by a guardian 18 years and older.
Pools Under 9 years Must be accompanied, actively supervised and within arm’s reach (1m) by a guardian 18 years and older. Maximum of four children permitted per guardian (18 years and older).
  9 years and older Full access permitted, with exception of 7.5 and 10m dive boards. Access permitted to cold tub only with supervision by a certified Sport Partner Coach.
Child Care 3 months - 9 years Access permitted upon completion of registered orientation.
School Groups, Private Pool Bookings, Open Swim Under 9 years Must be accompanied, actively supervised and within arm’s reach (1m) by a guardian 18 years and older. Maximum of four children permitted per guardian (18 years and older).
  9 years and older Full access permitted on floatable – no lifejackets permitted
Group Fitness 12 and under No access. Children are not allowed to sit at the edge of the gym during a class.
  13-15 years Access permitted if accompanied by an adult. Max 2 children per adult supervisor.
  16 years and older Access permitted.

 


Locker Rooms

Public

  • Cell phones and camera enabled devices are prohibited in locker rooms.
  • Repsol Sport Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.
  • Children over 6 years of age must use the locker room of their gender or the family change rooms.
  • Lockers are for day-use only.

Executive

  • Cell phones and camera enabled devices are prohibited in locker rooms.
  • Repsol Sport Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.
  • Adult Only - you must be 18 years of age or older to enter. 
  • Lockers are for day-use only.

Saturday: 6:00am to 10:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am to 10:00pm
Holidays: 7:00am to 10:00pm

There are no Group Fitness or Registered
Classes on statutory holidays.
