Membership Policies

General Policies

  • To ensure hassle-free entry, please swipe/scan your Membership Card or APP barcode when accessing the Facility. If the Membership Card is lost or stolen, the Member will be charged a $5 replacement fee, $10 for Executive Members.
  • Members are encouraged to speak to their physician prior to engaging in physical activity. Any injuries sustained by the Member during Facility use are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Annual Monthly Membership Policies

  • Provides you with the convenience of an Annual Membership with month-to-month payments that continue indefinitely until cancelled.
  • Should the purchase of a new membership occur during the last 7 days of the month, payment will be required for the remainder of the current month and the month following. For example; if your membership is purchased on April 24th, you will be charged for the period of April 24th to April 30th plus the month of May.
  • Payments will be automatically withdrawn from the bank account or charged to a credit card specified by the Member on the first of each month (or the next banking day). Declined monthly charges will be processed the following month.
  • Memberships are not transferable under any circumstances.
  • Allowed a maximum of two (2) status changes per year of their current Membership. Additional changes will be charged at a cost of $25/change.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Annual Memberships may be withdrawn in person by the main contact 6 months from the start date of the Membership with a completed Membership Cancellation Form and payment of a $25 administration fee.
  • Annual Memberships can be cancelled prior to the 6 month minimum for medical reasons only. A valid letter from a physician must be provided at time of cancellation with the completed Membership Cancellation Form.
  • Annual Monthly Memberships will not be refunded. Once the completed Membership Cancellation Form and administration fee is received by Repsol Sport Centre the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current month. A completed form must be submitted in person to the Customer Service Desk no less than 5 business days prior to the next scheduled monthly payment. Forms received after this time period will be processed the following month.

Annual Full Pay Membership Policies

  • A one-time per year payment option.
  • Memberships are not transferable under any circumstances.
  • Allowed a maximum of two (2) status changes per year of their current Membership. Additional changes will be charged at a cost of $25/change.

  • Annual Memberships may be withdrawn in person by the main contact 6 months from the start date of the Membership with a completed Membership Cancellation Form and payment of a $25 administration fee.

  • Applicable refunds for Annual Full Pay Memberships will be prorated from the date that the completed Membership Cancellation Form and administration fee is received by Repsol Sport Centre. A completed form must be submitted in person to the Customer Service Desk; please allow 7-10 business days to process. Memberships will not be refunded based on non-usage of the Facility.

Limited Membership Policies

30 Day Card

  • Valid for unlimited admissions during a 30 day period from date of purchase. Expires after 30 days.
  • Cannot be cancelled, are non-refundable and non-refundable.

10-Pass Card

  • Valid for 10 admissions. Expires 2 years from the date purchased.
  • Any 10-Pass Cards purchased previously with the "No-Expiry" term will continue to be honoured for 5 years, or at the time of inactivity. 
  • Cannot be cancelled, are non-refundable and non-refundable.

12 Days of Fitness Pass (seasonal)

  • This product can only be purchased during the promotional holiday timeframe from mid-November to December 24. Please check back at that time for more details.
  • Valid for 12 admissions. Expires 2 years from the date purchased.
  • Any 12 Days of Fitness Passes purchased prior to 2015 with the "No-Expiry" term will continue to be honoured for 5 years, or at the time of inactivity.
  • Cannot be cancelled, are non-refundable and non-refundable.

60 Days of Summer Pass (seasonal)

  • This product can only be purchased during the promotional summer timeframe from mid-May to July 31. Please check back at that time for more details.
  • Valid for unlimited admissions during a 60 day period from date of purchase. Expires after 60 days.
  • Cannot be cancelled, are non-refundable and non-refundable.
