Our Youth Cycling Program is ideal for athletes transitioning from other a different organized sport, looking for another sport between seasons, as well as new athletes entering cycling for the first time.
Our purpose is to initiate and foster a lifelong love of cycling while introducing various disciplines of the sport road, track, mountain and triathlon disciplines in this program. Our coaches create a fun and dynamic team environment where common goals and a passion for active healthy living flourishes.
September 27 – August 31, 2018
- Tuesday/Thursday: 4:30pm - 6:30pm (rollers, trainers and core, stretching)
- Saturday: 10:00am - 12:00pm (cross training or winter ride)
Athletes are welcome to join the program at any point in the year. Athletes must own road/ and MTB bike.
Athletes are encouraged to join a youth racing club in Calgary and in the spring join Calgary Bicycle Track League to ride on the Velodrome. These costs for club membership and racing are additional to the monthly coaching and facility access.
