• Keep head above water.
• It is not recommended to bring infants into the hot tub.
• Children under 9 years of age are required to be within arm's reach of an adult.
• Consult a physician before using if you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or any other medical condition.
• Ramps and stairs are reserved for entry and exit.

Steam Room Rules and Regulations

• 15 minute maximum exposure.
• Take a cleansing shower with soap before entering.
• Use appropriate hygiene and refrain from grooming.
• Children under 9 years of age are required to be within arm's reach of an adult.
