REPSActive for Life
NEW FOR FALL 2017! This 6 week program will use resistance training to work every muscle group with an intensity that creates a massive metabolic disturbance, leaving your metabolism elevated for several hours post-workout. REPS focuses on training the large muscle groups, legs, glute, back and chest in order to burn more calories and elevate metabolism more than an isolated approach.
The first two weeks will concentrate on mobility and correct execution of the primary exercises to be used throughout the program. The following four weeks will focus on a hypertrophy REP phase to build muscle, burn calories and condition your body efficiently. One of our Certified Personal Trainers will be on-hand for each 90 minute session to lead and you through the circuit workout. You will need approximately 40 minutes to complete the circuit. You choose the days and times that work best with your schedule and may attend as many sessions as you want during the program.
Attend any of the class offerings throughout the week. We recommend 3 times/week.
- Monday: 8:30-10:00am /5:00-6:30pm
- Tuesday: 5:00-6:30pm
- Wednesday: 6:30-8:00am/5:00-6:30pm
- Thursday: 6:00-7:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30-10:00am
3 Dimensional TrainingActive for Life
This registered class offers the opportunity to get educated on the proper technique, execution and safety principles of TRX training and weight lifting. This functional strength training class will set you up for success within a small group setting led by Certified TRX R4 trainers that will cater the program for all fitness abilities.
Baby & Me Postnatal TrainingActive for Life
This class will provide a safe, educational, social environment for parents with their babies. Focus will be on the parent’s health and wellness, incorporating all aspects of strength, cardiovascular and endurance training to ensure weight-loss and fitness gains. Please bring a stroller to class.
NOTE: Babies must be under 1 year old
