Your running base camp starts here – literally! Not only are we close to downtown and surrounded by many beautiful treed pathways that are great for training outside, our World Class facility also offers tons of activities when it’s time to bring your training inside.  

Take your training outside by joining one of our FREE Running Community Runs on select dates from May to September. When training on your own, we’ve got you covered – we’ve already mapped out the best routes around our facility of varying distances, elevation changes and even some stair work.  

When it’s time to bring your training inside on a hot or rainy day our indoor track is perfect for sprint drills or jump on a treadmill or elliptical to do some hills. For cross-training days, try swimming, weight training in the Fitness Centre, Power Cycle or Yoga.

Add free parking, access to locker rooms, showers, steam room, Sport Recovery cold tub and more to make us your ideal running base camp. 

Pick the option that works best for you or do all 3!  

  1. Join the “Repsol Sport Centre Run Community” online at or on the STRAVA App to view all Route Maps and Group Runs in the Discussion Board. Get to know other like-minded runners and members of Repsol Sport Centre. 
  2. RSVP to one of our FREE Run Community Runs listed on Facebook
  3. Download a Run Community Route Map or pick one up at our Customer Service Desk or Member Lounge. 


Join us for any or all of our FREE Runs and you’ll be entered to WIN a spot in our NEW Running Training Program launching November 2017 and Repsol Sport Centre swag bag! Every run you join us for counts as entry.

FREE Running Community Runs

A seasoned runner(s) from the Repsol Sport Centre Run Community will guide you on a 45-75 minute run. Running Guides will be at the North Entrance 15 minutes prior to the start of each run. 

Updates to run dates or location moves to indoor track will be communicated through Facebook Events Page or the STRAVA APP.

There are no Group Fitness or Registered
Classes on statutory holidays.
