Update January 29, 2021

Repsol Sport Centre continues to be TEMPORARILY CLOSED. The Alberta Government announced a phased approach to easing restrictions. The guidelines and restrictions state only one-on-one training is permitted in Step 1. Our leadership team is working to understand those restrictions further. We will provide an update once we have more details next week. Please continue to follow our social channels and website for timely updates.

We are so appreciative of the outpouring of support received by our community. Thank you all for helping us stay open as long as we did without any major disruptions. We are incredibly proud of the staff and Member efforts to keep our facility safe and clean. Like you, we are saddened to have to close, however we understand the necessity.

  • Annual Memberships will be extended the duration of our closure.
    • Payments for Annual Monthly Memberships will not be withdrawn. We highly encourage you to wait on cancellation or refund requests at this time as we are optimistic once restrictions lift our facility will prosper and we want you to be part of that.
    • Please note if you choose to cancel and decide to return you will be charged at the current rates. Additionally if you return, three months or more after we reopen you will be charged the 2021 $50 Investment Fee.
    • Payments will not start up without prior notification on our website.
       
  • 10 Pass Cards will be extended the duration of our closure. There will be no refunds as cards expire two years from date of purchase plus the extension for the duration of our closure. 
     
  • 30 Day Cards will automatically be cancelled and a credit will be applied to your account for the time remaining on your Card from December 13th. You may request a refund if necessary.
     
  • Winter 2021 Registered Programs will automatically be cancelled and a credit will be applied to your account. If you require a refund, all requests may be submitted up to December 18th, however please note not all requests will have the ability to be processed prior to our reopening.   
     
  • Executive Locker Room Members only have access to pick up their belongings prior to 6:00pm Saturday, December 12th. 
     
  • Personal Training and Coaching sessions will be extended for the duration of our closure.

Q. Will I receive a refund, credit or extension on my Membership ?

Q: Can I put my Membership on hold?
A: We do not have the ability to put Memberships on hold. You can however, choose to cancel your Membership.

Q: How do I cancel my Membership?
A:  Please email info@repsolsport.com with one of the following statements: 

I  _____________ (first and last name as well as membership bar code), provide Repsol Sport Centre consent to cancel my membership and refund any credits to the credit card number provided on my Repsol Sport Centre membership contract.

OR

If you would like your refund processed in the form of a cheque please include the following response.

I ____________ (first and last name as well as membership bar code), provide Repsol Sport Centre consent to cancel my membership and refund any credits in the form of a cheque to (confirmed address and postal code)

Important note: Annual Memberships are required to maintain the 6 month minimum commitment prior to cancelling unless required to due to medical reasons and/or job relocation as per the signed contract. Cancellation requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days prior to the next scheduled monthly payment. Forms received after this time period will be processed the following month.

Q: Does this affect my Personal Training sessions?  
A: Personal Training and Coaching sessions will be extended for the duration of our closure.

Q: How does this effect Winter 2021 Program Registration?
A: Winter 2021 Registered Programs will automatically be cancelled and a credit will be applied to your account. If you require a refund, all requests may be submitted up to December 18th, however please note not all requests will have the ability to be processed prior to our reopening. Requests sent to info@repsolsport.com. Spring Program Registration is postponed until further notice. Check our website for updates.

Q: When will you reopen?
A: The current mandatory restrictions apply provincewide and will be in place at least until January 21, 2021. We will keep you up to date on our facility reopening date as we receive information from the Alberta Government.

Q: Can I borrow/rent equipment?
A: We have received multiple requests for borrowing equipment. At this time we cannot accommodate individual requests for equipment rental as this is an issue of liability and once equipment leaves our premises it is no longer insured.

A: We have some pre-recorded at home workouts available HERE.
